What I bring isn’t a method. It’s a particular kind of steadiness — the ability to stay clear and grounded when a project, a team, or a community hits real pressure. That’s often where the actual work begins, and it’s where I’m most useful.

A focused 90-minute strategy session
For founders, facilitators, artists, and project leaders standing in front of one specific decision or obstacle.
We won’t waste time on theory. In 90 minutes we identify what actually matters, name what’s been getting in the way, and leave with next steps you can act on immediately.

Strategic Project Mentoring
Six weeks, three sessions
For people actively building a project, organisation, or creative venture who want more than a single conversation — someone tracking progress with them over time.
Three sessions, spaced to let real work happen between them. Where a Clarity Session resolves one moment, Mentoring follows the arc: each session builds on the last, so the strategy gets sharper and the implementation gets steadier as we go. We strengthen the vision, sharpen the strategy, and stay close enough to implementation that things actually move.
Includes:
- Three private sessions
- Preparation before each one
- Follow-up notes after each session
- Continuity between sessions — I hold the thread of your project across the six weeks, so nothing gets re-explained from scratch

Creative Advisory
A three-month engagement
For leaders, retreat centres, festivals, and organisations who need an advisor who has actually built what they’re trying to build — not someone applying a framework from outside it.
I’ve led programme design, held teams through conflict, negotiated partnerships, and made the calls that keep a festival or a community intact when things get complicated. That’s the experience I bring into the room.

Creative Leadership Residency
A small number of clients, each year
For people carrying something significant — a project, an organisation, a phase of growth that matters — who want sustained, personal support through it.
Two calls a month, plus direct support between sessions. We work on the strategy and the human reality underneath it, because the two are never really separate. My role here is to help you stay clear-headed and grounded even when the work around you isn’t.
Includes:
- A kickoff session to map the situation and set priorities
- Two private strategy sessions monthly
- Direct support between sessions
- A written summary and next steps after each call
- Ongoing strategic and creative input

Foundation Session
A focused 60-minute session
For emerging artists, young facilitators, and practitioners early in their path — carrying something real, but without access to an organisational budget yet.
Same clarity and attention as a Clarity Session, in a shorter, more accessible format.
Good for:
- Testing a direction before committing to it
- A grounded outside perspective on the very first version of an idea
- Getting unstuck when there’s no one else to ask yet
This format is reserved for individual artists and emerging practitioners. Organisations and funded projects are better served by a Project Clarity Session or Creative Advisory.

A Personal Note
I don’t work from formulas. Every project is different because every person and every community behind it is different.
What I’ve noticed, over 30 years and 350 projects, is that most of the real damage — to a project, a team, a person — happens under pressure, not under calm conditions. My work is to help you find and keep that calm, even when the situation around you isn’t calm at all. Everything else — the strategy, the structure, the growth — tends to follow from that.
